October 23: Farming & Lunch Experience @ KK’s Farm

$200.00

Roll up your sleeves and spend a morning working the land alongside the team at KK’s The Farm — a biodynamic operation just down the road doing things in a way that’s harder to explain than to experience.

What’s included

  • Morning at KK’s The Farm with the farming team, getting your hands dirty!

  • Hands-on seasonal harvest experience

  • Biodynamic farming education

  • Farm-sourced picnic lunch & wine from The Halyard

  • Farming tote & essentials kit

KK’s Farm runs on biodynamic principles, guided by lunar and cosmic rhythms that shape everything from how the soil is tended to which crops get attention on a given day. You’ll learn what that actually means, and find yourself thinking about it long after you’ve washed the dirt off your hands. The work changes with the season. You might pull carrots from the earth, sort produce for an upcoming farmers market, or (if the timing is right) pick strawberries straight from the field. Some mornings, there’s a new garden bed to seed. You follow the day where it leads.

Good to know

  • Date: October 23

  • Time: 10am – 12:30pm

  • What to wear: Clothes & shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty.

  • The Farm Tour Experience and Lunch is $200 per person.

Reserve early as space fills quickly. For questions, please email Kara Hoblin, Director of Guest Culture, [email protected]
