Embrace The North Fork Experience

Our Story

At our local seafood restaurant, The Halyard, we celebrate our region’s produce and bring it to your plate—direct from foragers and farmers, growers and fishermen. The team sources many of our ingredients from the North Fork and the Atlantic Seaboard, and serves them up in our light-filled dining room and sprawling seasonal deck above the Long Island Sound.

What we
strive for

Food is our forte, we aim to create classic and modern dishes of local ingredients, drawn from the bounties of foragers, fishermen and farmers. Our team is comprised of expertise culled from the finest dining rooms in the country, including Daniel and Le Bernardin, among others.

Our beverage program features local & international wines, spirits, & brews. It is complemented by a thoughtfully crafted seasonal and classic cocktail program, served by the area's top mixologists.
