Monday night prix-fixe
Every Monday
Savor a $55 three-course Prix Fixe menu. Seating is limited — arrive early! Wine pairing is also available for $30 per person which includes a selection of three wines.

Saturday & Sunday, 11am - 3pm
Brunch arrives at The Halyard every weekend, 11am to 3pm. A continental buffet leads the way, house-baked pastries and bagels, seasonal fruit, artisanal charcuterie, Mirna’s granola, and a raw bar of oysters and clams, followed by your choice of a seasonal entrée, coffee or tea, and a morning mimosa.
$45 for hotel guests, $55 for adults, and an à la carte kids menu.

A Monthly Wine Dinner Series
An evening at the table, the North Fork way. This fall, The Halyard Library opens its doors for a Monthly Wine Dinner Series: five courses built around what's growing and what's pouring, just miles from where you're sitting. Each dinner pairs a local vineyard with a local farm. Stay tuned for tickets.
$95 per person, plus tax – five courses, wine pairings included. 6pm - 9pm
