We have set a high bar of cleanliness, developing new dining interaction protocols to take care of our customers and associates.

The safety of our guests and team members is a top priority.

We have provided our associates with helpful guidelines and safety information provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the National Restaurant Association detailing how to identify COVID-19 symptoms and mitigate its transmission. We have also partnered with third parties, including Ecolab and other suppliers, to provide our restaurant with access to industry-standard cleaning and disinfecting supplies and have provided training to all employees to support our restaurant in achieving the highest standards of cleanliness, disinfection, and hygiene.

As a result, we have set an even higher bar of cleanliness and developed new dining interaction protocols to take care of our customers and associates.

Our enhanced health, safety & cleaning process

  • Staying up-to-date and going above and beyond the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and state and local health officials to ensure the safety of our guests and team.

  • Increasing frequency of cleaning using hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces and areas such as the door handles, host desk, restrooms, meeting and event spaces, and all employee areas.

  • Training our staff on comprehensive COVID-19 protocols - detailing protection against the transmission of the virus, the importance of protective masks and equipment, and procedures in the case of a suspected or confirmed case.

  • Requiring protective masks and other equipment to be worn by all restaurant associates and all persons inside the restaurant unless seated at their table.

  • Prominently placing hand sanitizer stations throughout our restaurant public and employee areas and entrances.

  • Implementing enhanced food safety and hygiene protocols for our restaurant, room service, and group meetings and events.


Your dining experience

  • Requiring reservations at all dining establishments to ensure guests are seated promptly and ample time to sanitize tables and chairs between guests.

  • To Go service is available and contact-free delivery for our hotel guests to their rooms and at the pool or beach.

  • Enjoy cocktails and light snacks at our new beach bar, Low Tide and at Jack’s Shack at the Pool Deck.

  • Requiring all restaurant staff to wear protective masks and gloves and to complete training on hygiene and disinfecting practices, safe food preparation, and service practices.
